You need a vaild credit card to book online - we accept Visa, Visa Delta and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged for a 10% deposit (downpayment) and a booking fee (US$2.00). You pay the balance due directly to the hostel when you arrive.

If you don’t have a credit card but know someone who will let you book using their card that’s ok. The name on the credit card can be different to the name on the reservation. Please remember though, in the event of a no-show the hostel will charge the credit card used for the total of the first night's accommodation.

You can make a reservation for up to 10 people online. If you have an enquiry for 10 or more people please fill in the contact us form. We will do our best to reply to your group enquiry within 48 hours.

When you book on AsiaHostels.com, through our online credit card processing company, we take a 10% deposit (downpayment) for your reservation plus a US$2.00 booking fee. This amount will not be refunded to you on arrival at the hostel. The balance of 90% of your accommodation cost as shown on your booking confirmation is due on arrival at the hostel.

If you wish to cancel your booking you must contact the hostel directly using the contact details on your booking confirmation, please remember to quote your booking reference in any correspondence with the hostel. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. You must give at least 24 hours cancellation notice to the hostel to avoid a no-show charge. The no-show charge is the total of the first night's accommodation cost and will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify the hostel in time.

You should contact the hostel directly to request an amendment to your reservation. Contact details are clearly noted on your confirmation e-mail, please quote your booking reference number in any correspondence with the hostel. Acceptance of any amendments is at the discretion of the hostel concerned. If an amendment of your reservation is not possible your deposit and booking fee are non-refundable.

In the event of a no show the hostel will charge your card for the first night's stay and cancel any remaining nights booked. The deposit and booking fee are non refundable.
